TIMELINE OF ACHIEVEMENTS

2010 - Laying the Foundation

  • Formation of SNO Division of Family Practice: Incorporated as a nonprofit society, SNO began its work with a focus on collaboration between physicians and healthcare partners.

  • Doctor of the Day (DOD) Program: Initiated at Vernon Jubilee Hospital, this program addressed critical gaps in care for orphaned patients and laid the groundwork for provincial adoption of the DOD model.
